SHIPPING POLICY

UK DELIVERIES

  • 1.1 We use Royal Mail, and Parcel Force for UK deliveries.

  • 1.2 For Standard delivery £3.95 [including free postage deliveries], our aim is to prepare your order and dispatch on the same or next working day [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays], which means that you receive your order within 2 to 5 working days from the date it was dispatched. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system, so if your order has not been dispatched within 3 working days, please contact us directly.

  • 1.3 If your order value is below £75 and weighs less than 3kg and you have selected standard delivery, your order will be dispatched with Royal Mail.

  • 1.4 If your order value exceeds £75, weighs over 3kg or contains any large tea ware items and you have selected standard delivery, your order will be dispatched with Parcel Force.

  • 1.5 Orders despatched on a Royal Mail Service are always sent using a Signed for service

  • 1.6 Orders despatched with Parcel Force are tracked and will require a signature on delivery.

  • 1.7 We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

  • 1.8 If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact our store on 0161 980 5918 or email us at jamie@btphotographic.co.uk

  • 1.9 We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.

  • 1.10 Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.  This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.

RETURN POLICY

Can I return it if there’s nothing wrong with it?

Absolutely! We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most items. (We’re nice like that.)

So if you need to bring it back, just bring it back. Then we’ll either refund the cash onto the original payment method or offer you an exchange. Easy.

You just need these 2 things:

  1. your proof of purchase

  2. the item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition

  3. er... there is no 3
